Refreshed the community's appearance through multiple painting cycles, utilizing varying color schemes for buildings and metal gates. Situated in a serene golf course setting, our retirement community undergoes phased painting projects, ensuring efficient and thorough coverage. Last year, 52 units received our attention, with 51 units slated for this year. With a focus on accessibility, our work requires only ladders, allowing for seamless execution. Yearly phases ensure ongoing upkeep, maintaining the community's inviting atmosphere.
